18. Recognition by Government of Nepal : Government of Nepal may, in consultation with the Board and by publishing a Notification in the Nepal Gazette, grant recognition to a foreign or international or national
organization which examines or authenticates seeds or examines the variety of the seeds for the purpose of the Act.
